  • How many weeks in advance should I call?

We advise contacting our local movers three weeks before your desired moving date, especially during summer months. This recommendation is based on the fact that approximately 31 million Americans relocate annually, as reported by Move.org. Booking in advance helps ensure we can accommodate your packing, moving, or storage needs on your preferred dates.
  • How can I receive the most accurate estimates?

To obtain the most precise estimates, it's crucial to choose experienced moving and storage companies. Costs may vary based on the service type (packing, moving, long-distance relocations, or portable storage) and can be calculated hourly, as a flat fee, or using a tariff system. For the most accurate quote, provide a detailed inventory of your belongings. If your home exceeds 1000 square feet, we suggest scheduling an on-site consultation with one of our expert moving coordinators.
  • How can I get a quote for packing, moving, or storage services?

To receive a quote, first determine which tasks you can manage independently and which require professional assistance. Consider whether you need packing or unpacking services, if you'll move some items yourself or require a full-service move, and if any items need donation or disposal. Once decided, call us at 404-355-5151 to schedule a consultation. This can be conducted on-site, via phone, or through a virtual video call. Following the consultation, you'll receive an accurate estimate within 48 hours. Our 35 years of industry experience and low staff turnover rates ensure high-quality service.
  • Is there any charge for an on-site consultation?

Our company provides on-site moving consultations at no cost to you. This complimentary service allows our local movers to develop the most accurate estimates and plans for your relocation needs.
  • Do you offer long-distance moving services if I need to move out of state? If so, what are those services?

For long-distance relocations, we provide exclusive services. This means the same crew will handle loading, driving, and unloading, using a dedicated truck for each client. We guarantee specific pickup and delivery dates with quick turnaround times. This approach ensures your belongings receive the same level of care as in a local move. While some national companies and van lines offer shared-ride services for long-distance moves, we focus on providing reliable, dedicated moving and storage solutions.
  • What type of packing services do you offer?

Our company offers comprehensive packing services for a wide range of items. Our team is skilled in carefully handling delicate artwork, fine china, mirrors, small objects, and lamps. For particularly fragile or valuable items such as chandeliers, fine art pieces, mirrors, and sculptures, our meticulous packing crew can provide specialized crating services.
  • How do I book your services?

To secure your moving date, we require a deposit. This deposit reserves both the date and the necessary crew for your move. While deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation, they are applied to your final bill on the day of the move. If you need to change your moving date, we will hold your deposit for one calendar year from the original scheduled date. To maintain your deposit, please inform our local movers of any changes at least three business days prior to your originally scheduled move date.
  • How to pay?

To pay your deposit, please contact our office at 404-355-5151. Deposits can be made over the phone. On the day of your move, the foreman will collect the final payment. We accept payment by check, cash, or card. Please note that a 3% surcharge is applied to all bills paid with a card.
  • Are there any restrictions regarding which items can be packed, moved, or stored?

Our company has certain restrictions on items we can transport. We do not move explosive or flammable items such as propane tanks, torches, ammunition, paint, weapons, or gasoline machinery. We also cannot transport valuable personal property including jewelry, stocks, bonds, passports, birth certificates, laptops, or cellphones. Some specialty items like large exercise equipment or light fixtures requiring third-party servicing before moving are also restricted. For items like ceramic plant pots or green eggs, a liability waiver is required. For a comprehensive list or specific questions, please refer to our terms and conditions or contact our office at 470-305-6886.
  • What is the size of your moving trucks?

Our fleet includes moving trucks of various sizes: 16 feet, 24 feet, 26 feet, and 28 feet in length. If your property has specific clearance requirements, please contact our office to discuss alternative options. Our moving coordinators are available to assist you with logistics and help determine the most suitable truck size for your move.
